Here are some apps that are very helpful and may aid with trying to help maintain good health, exercise, and give you motivation. These apps can all be found on apple devices, and maybe some android devices as well. 

This Calorie Tracker can help you reach your diet, weight loss, and fitness goals by tracking your daily calories and exercise. You can set your weight goals and track your calories and progress with this food journal. It tracks your daily caloric, fat, carbohydrate and protein intake and how many calroies you can burn based on what you eat and what exercise you do as well.

This app offers daily tips on how to be just a little bit healthier. These can be thought of as daily challenges as well. An example of a fact is: "Coffee does not appear on the "Dirty Dozen" list of foods containing the most pesticide contamination because it is a drink, but maybe it should. Non-organic coffee farms spray on average 250 pounds of pesticides per acre." This will encourage you to think twice before having an extra cup of coffee. 

This app has step-by-step workout videos to help you get the most out of each exercise, a calorie counter and food journal to track how much you eat, different recipes, meal plans, and daily tips. It has a weight tracker to visualize your progress and even has weekly podcasts for inspiration. 

This app allows for you to log in, track your weight, and personalize a plan to lose or maintain weight for you. It has a sweight tracker, routines to follow, personalized recipes, cheat sheets (or healthier alternatives), and a shopping list. 

It tracks how much you have eaten, how many vitamins and other minerals you have received from the food you ate and how much weight you will lose if you continue going along with the plan.

This app is good because it has motivational quotes. They aren't necessarily about being healthy or exercising, but they can be connected. They just help you stop and think about the underlying meaning of the quote. 

This app has the largest food database (3,000,000 foods). You can create your own custom foods and exercises, track major nutrients, and progress reports. You can even diet with your friends and encourage each other. It has a barcode scanner as well. It has over 350 exercises and tracks both cardio and strength training.
